Introducing Awesome

Hi, I'm John. I am fairly creative, but I also get distracted at the drop of a pin. Seriously, while trying to type that sentence just now I stopped three times to look up completely unrelated things on Google as they popped into my head with absolutely no warning. This is the brain I have, people. Either way, I like to make people happy, so I started this blog, which is a place where I can talk about the awesome things which I encounter in my life.

I have a single long-running series on this site, Something Awesome, where I post about, well, something awesome. It can be a rant, a review, or just a video link or something else equally simple. I also have a schedule, located here, but I have a tendency to just ignore it, posting here on the wrong days, or not posting at all for weeks at a time. Mostly I talk about books and movies and TV, and sometimes food and YouTube, so if you like any of those things, there may be something on here for you. Or you can check out my "creative" writing site, my toy review site, or my gaming site, located further down the page.

Oh, and if you want to understand my reviews, you should familiarize yourself with the scale I use.
